THE SUPERTALENT
When magic touches the soul
THE SUPERTALENT

THE SUPERTALENT
When magic touches the soul
Those were Lukas Podolski‘s first words after the breathtaking magic of Marco Miele, which the magician from Stuttgart presented at the semifinals of the German TV show „Das Supertalent“.
Wait, semifinals? Right, let’s start from the beginning. The magician and mentalist Marco Miele already created enthusiasm and astonishment in 2020 at the Italian version “Italia’s Got Talent” where he went to the finals as the only magician of the season. After this wonderful experience, the magician from Stuttgart wanted to bring as well the German audience into his world.
To hear this sentence from the greatest magicians in Europe, the Ehrlich Brothers, is probably the biggest honor you can receive as a magician. Amazed, they watched Marco’s first performance on the stage of the Supertalent with great respect.
With two spectators, the magician from Stuttgart created between both persons an extraordinary connection on stage that took the breath of the jury and of the audience away. After Marco’s act, it didn’t take a lot of time until the other members of the jury left their astonished comments.
„I found it absolutely fascinating!“ – those were the words of Michael Michalsky, “I could watch that for hours.”, he added.
„How, how, how does it work? I am very thrilled and I am curious to see more!” – You probably understand what was going on for Motsi Mabuse only when you watch the video. After very clear 4 “Yes”, the jury sent the magician from Stuttgart directly to the semifinals.
The expectations and the tension for the semifinals were very high. The jury made clear that she wanted to see something completely new. Marco took the challenge and presented together with his artistic partner Sophie Julie an act from his new magic show which is coming out soon. Even though it was still top secret, that is why it is not published here, it was a gift from the heart that Marco Miele and Sophie Julie wanted to give to the audience and to the jury.
Chantal Janzen‘s words: “Wow! I’m thrilled!” and her facial expression just can let you guess what a wonder she may have experienced that evening on stage. The audience was not even on the edge of their seats; they gave Marco Miele and Sophie Julie enthusiastic standing ovations after their performance.
For Marco Miele and Sophie Julie, this was the beginning of an unforgettable journey that they could start after the Supertalent with their fascinating magic show through Europe. They are carrying to the present day one thing in their hearts… the final words of the Ehrlich Brothers:
Splendid! As incredibly strong performers, you know how to create a wonder out of a trick.
